What the lists agree on
Crosta and Dry Milano are on all seven lists. In the Naples and Rome guides, no pizzeria is on more than six. Here, 11 places are named by five lists or more. After the joint third place, six pizzerias share sixth with five lists each: Berberè, Casa Biga, DaZero, Giolina, Marghe and Ultra.
Gambero Rosso names the fewest places, five. Four of them are among the five places ranked highest: Crosta, Dry Milano, Confine Pizza e Cantina and Modus. The fifth, Davide Longoni, is joint 21st. Identità Golose, MilanoToday and La Cucina Italiana each name 22 of the 29 ranked places.
The guides and the media lists mostly point to the same places. Of the 29 ranked places, 22 are on at least one guide and one media list. Five are named by media lists only, DaV Milano by Da Vittorio and Sasà Martucci Milano among them.
The dishes to order include a marinara at Confine Pizza e Cantina, Futura Pizzeria Romana and Salvatore Lioniello. 50 Top Pizza picks a tonno e cipolla at both Dry Milano and Confine Pizza e Cantina.
