Worin sich die Listen einig sind

Zwei Gelaterien stehen auf allen acht Listen: La Gourmandise in Monteverde Vecchio und Otaleg! in Trastevere. Fünf Orte stehen auf sieben oder mehr Listen, und 12 der 27 auf mindestens vier.

Der Gelato-Guide von Gambero Rosso hat in der Ausgabe 2027 seine höchste Auszeichnung, die Tre Coni, an 77 Gelaterien in ganz Italien vergeben. Fatamorgana und Neve di Latte, auf dem geteilten Platz 3, stehen auf jeder Liste außer der von Gambero Rosso.

RomaToday nennt die meisten gerankten Orte, 23 der 27.

Die gerankten Orte verteilen sich auf 21 Viertel, und kein Viertel hat mehr als zwei. Mehrere liegen außerhalb des Zentrums, etwa Torcè im EUR, Stefano Ferrara Formaessenza in Marconi und Il Cannolo Siciliano im Pigneto.

Pistazie ist bei vier gerankten Orten ein Bestelltipp, öfter als jede andere Sorte.

Gelato in Rom

Zwei der gerankten Namen reichen mehr als ein Jahrhundert zurück. Gelateria Fassi datiert ihre Gründung auf 1880, Giolitti auf 1900. Fassi steht auf 5 der 8 Listen, Giolitti auf 2.
